Hi, my name is Sandra, and after about two and a half decades as a corporate communication expert, I now work as an AI coach and AI conversation enabler for leaders, teams, and individuals.

I provide services that target AI literacy & fluency for leadership and the workforce,  organizational shifts in roles and workflows when using AI, and the consequences for corporate culture and communication. 

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with corporate teams, agencies, and organizations to facilitate productive conversations, implement effective strategies, and develop impactful campaigns.

In addition to my offerings as a coach and facilitator, I am available for project collaboration and interim positions. I look forward to learning about such opportunities on LinkedIn.

Since mid 2023, I’ve built up a solid and wide-ranging understanding of AI, starting from scratch and quickly diving deep. My focus today: how human-machine systems shape the way we work, decide, and communicate.

Along the way, I’ve studied with the University of Helsinki (Elements of AI for Business), SectionAI.org, Google, Anthropic, brilliant.org, and I've explored systemic perspectives with Mieke Jacobs and Paul Zonneveld.

Rather than training people on tools alone, I help teams make sense of AI in practice: building shared language, navigating new dynamics, and creating responsible, creative, and accessible use cases.
